How escrow works

On Selie, you pay the platform. The money is held in escrow while delivery or pickup happens. The seller is paid after you confirm delivery, or after the window ends with no dispute.

• Pay to escrow (M-Pesa STK Push first)
• Choose delivery or pickup hub
• Confirm received or open dispute within the window
• Escrow releases to the seller
